Today, anyone can just purchase an SLR, take photographs and claim themselves as photographers.
I know I'm not yet worthy of that title but I believe that I can do justice on my photographs
and on the title I want myself to be called.
Photography is more than just a hobby to me. I am passionate with it. I am in love with it.
Currently exploring the world of shutter speeds and apertures.
Comments, opinions, violent reactions are greatly appreciated. And yes, this photoblog can only be viewed in Firefox.

This was a really nice spot at the abandoned church in Casa Milan. Good lighting and the color of her dress looks really good even though it's not contrasting the backgrounds color. She reminds me of Angelica Panganiban.

Among the lot during the fashion show, these pair stands out. Again, the red dresses unites with the lights. All this time I thought that both photographs are of the same model and dress.

This was the fastest but hardest shoot we had during the Archetypes photography thesis that we had. The baby shifts his mood every 5-10 seconds so we had to give him a new toy just to keep him focused. But photographing babies are really awesome. :)

We made him t-shirt sleeve tanned lines. Too bad the lighting was too strong it wasn't seen. We sure are running out of ideas during the explorer shoot.

Maybe you saw him in a few commercials already. This one of the funniest shoots I had. It was so awkward. My professor personally loved this photograph.

Food Photography can be so deceiving.
Capturing the yummiest looking ice cream is difficult because it melts easily. Now on the other hand, we had an alternative. We used mashed potatoes, food coloring, candy sprinkles and marsh mallows.

On one of our plates, we were tasked to copy an ad on a magazine. This is not the original ad but its one of the lot. I wish I could find the original copy. If I do so, I'd change the photograph above.

It's amazing how my model did this. The shot wouldn't be possible if it weren't for his "moves". LOL! Whatever.

Dream of me
( 2:04 AM )

After several attempts on light painting, here is my best shot.
The concept was great. I just hope we had a better execution. It was hard because we were in a small room, a friend was already sleeping, the tripod was already on top of the bed and we had to be still for 30 seconds. Having two flashlights to work with and a 30 second time limit was confusing and jeez I was pressured.
